Salary: $116,000 - 192,500 per year Requirements:

• 7–10 years of product or UX design experience, including end-to-end ownership of complex workflows.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor designers and strengthen the quality of a teams work.
• A digital portfolio or portfolio link must be included with your application, showcasing UI and UX grounded in user-centered, data-informed design.
• Strong command of modern design tools such as Figma and familiarity with research tools such as Maze or Marvin.
• Experience using AI tools and processes to accelerate design and research, and AI-assisted tools to build and iterate on coded prototypes.
• Ability to use design systems to create consistent experiences across platforms.
• Strategic, collaborative approach; able to navigate ambiguity, seek measurable outcomes, and connect design impact to business value.
• Experience in financial services, enterprise, SaaS, or B2B is a plus.

• Conduct user research and translate insights into designs that deliver measurable results.
• Present and advocate for design decisions with stakeholders and clients, connecting those decisions to business value.
• Develop concepts into testable experiences, selecting appropriate deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and information architecture.

Published base salary ranges vary by location: California, $140,000–$192,500 or $128,000–$176,000 for other California-based roles; Colorado, $124,000–$169,400; Illinois, $128,000–$176,000 or $124,000–$169,400 for other Illinois-based roles; Maryland, $124,000–$169,400; Massachusetts, $128,000–$176,000 or $124,000–$169,400 for other Massachusetts-based roles; New Jersey, $140,000–$192,500; New York, $140,000–$192,500 or $116,000–$159,500 for other New York-based roles; and Washington, $128,000–$176,000.
