You’ll play a key part in helping students develop critical communication abilities, collaborating with both staff and families to ensure each student’s success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a high school or school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to high school students
• Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized interventions for students with diverse speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed and accurate case notes, progress reports, and other required documentation
• Participate in student support and IEP meetings with parents, teachers, and inter-disciplinary teams
• Foster a positive learning environment that supports student growth and participation
