Data Entry Specialist

Description We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to handle the day-to-day data and administrative work for our warehouse. This role will work closely with the warehouse team to keep information accurate, orders organized, and packing operations moving smoothly. Responsibilities: Update and maintain Excel/Google Sheets Enter and verify warehouse and order data Print shipping, product, and packing labels for the warehouse team Prepare paperwork and information needed for daily warehouse operations Keep records organized and accurate Identify errors or issues and help find solutions Assist with other warehouse office tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: Medium to advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable, punctual, and looking for a long-term position Comfortable working independently and thinking on your feet Strong written communication skills Professional and friendly attitude Willingness to learn Spanish fluency and previous warehouse experience are a plus, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
