Field Safety & Compliance Specialist

Mileage will be reimbursed and No Overnight Travel is expected Working knowledge of distribution line work Identify unsafe work behaviors Knowledge about primary and secondary grounding Knowledge about cover-up Knowledge about MADD Knowledge about Personal Protective Equipment Field observations; extra set of eyes, identify training needs, communicate with the crews, safety specialist, and crew supervisor. Ability to foster a working relationship with crew members and built trust. Utilize their experience as to why it's important to follow the rules and why. Talk about the accidents they know about that alter an employee's life, their family member, teammate etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr 4p-Consulting-Inc.
