Client Advisor

Summary Client Advisor position selling luxury fashion and accessories, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a high paced retail environment. The role involves building client relationships, supporting visual merchandising, managing inventory, and providing product guidance and repairs to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide exceptional sales and customer service to luxury clientele Initiate and build client relationships through creative selling and client-book outreach Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and implement weekly sales plans Complete sales and conduct post sale follow up to cultivate repeat business Maintain visual standards and general maintenance of the selling floor Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit and customization options Assist with stockroom and selling floor inventory maintenance Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong understanding of customer service priorities both internal and external Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task effectively Outgoing, high energy, entrepreneurial and sales focused personality Computer skills including point of sale operation, Word, Excel and email Strong desire for fashion and results driven attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
