Position Summary As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers. This position will meet production standards to deliver quality customer service. The Retail Associate will learn the daily operations of a retail/store outlet, gaining skills for a career in retail. This position is a vital part of our organization and can lead to future career opportunities. Duties Cashiering and Sales Floor Support. Processing and pricing donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items). Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of donated goods. External Hiring Range $13.00 per hour Travel None required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No experience required, will train the right person for the job.
