Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Job Summary:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily production and office operations. This role assists with reporting, production coordination, staffing support and administrative tasks while helping improve efficiency and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Support daily production and office operations
Prepare reports and track production data and KPIs
Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training coordination
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with safety, compliance, and audit activities
Communicate with production, HR, and leadership teams
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
