Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.We Take Care of Our PeoplePaid Time Off I 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing I Health and Wellness Benefits I Learning and Development Opportunities I Referral Program I Competitive Pay I Recognition I Employee Stock Purchase Plan I Inclusive & Supportive CultureYour ChallengeAssembly & Fitting: Assemble, disassemble, mount, align, and pipe complex equipment and rotors using technical drawings and sketches.Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct hydrotesting, performance testing, and balancing; troubleshoot issues and adjust or replace parts as needed.Equipment Operation: Operate hand tools, machine tools (drill press, boring mill), piping benders, arc welders, and surface prep equipment.Material Handling & Prep: Move materials safely across the facility and perform torquing, sealing, gasket cutting, and bedplate drilling/tapping.Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine preventative maintenance, maintain a clean workspace, and strictly follow all PPE and safety guidelines.What You BringMechanical assembly, piping/tubing, and equipment alignment experience.Ability to read assembly drawings, manuals, and technical procedures.Proficiency with hand, machine, welding, and pneumatic tools.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.Strong initiative, troubleshooting skills, and a safety-first mindset.Must be a US citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining DOD security clearanceWho We AreOur ValuesEnvironmental, Social and GovernanceCurtiss-Wright Engineered Pump Division (EPD) and its predecessor companies have been providing naval and maritime technological expertise since 1847.
