About the Role:

Join a global leader in artificial intelligence and legal publishing! As part of the team responsible for Strategy (business development, market planning, pricing, M&A) for Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, you will define and implement the pricing strategy of LexisNexis for Northern & Southern Europe, the Middle East, and a part of Africa.

You will work closely with the Pricing Manager France and the VP Strategy CEMEA, as well as with the leaders of the Business Units, Strategy, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Customer Operations teams, etc.

The ambition of pricing is to create and develop sources of value and competitive advantages for LexisNexis.

Responsibilities:

Your main mission is to develop and implement the pricing strategy of our SaaS and AI solutions for Continental Europe (excluding France, Austria, and CEE), the Middle East, and North and West Africa:

• Collaborate with local teams to create or adapt pricing grids according to local specifics.
• Contribute to defining and piloting the discount policy, including rules for capping, exit from discount, and reengagement.
• Propose, implement, and analyze the results of commercial offers and promotional campaigns, with an objective of growth and cross-sell development.
• Pilot local pricing governance and commercial deviations.
• Manage the tariff base and identify growth opportunities. Implement an annual review process of tariffs, promoting growth and customer loyalty.
• Deploy pricing models adapted to the NSEWCA and MENA markets, in coherence with the global strategy.
• Monitor attrition and formulate recommendations on the strategy of optimizing value throughout the clients life cycle.
• Define and pilot reengagement and reconquest strategies in line with local business issues.
• Develop piloting and reporting tools (dashboards for discounts, AOV, attrition) based on internal tools (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).
• Optimize internal communication on the pricing strategy and commercial offers.
• Contribute to the community of LexisNexis pricing experts (France, UK, US, South Africa, Asia, etc.), fostering the exchange of best practices and international collaborations.

Required Profile:

You enjoy working in a growing, international company that combines the best digital technologies and legal content to enable lawyers worldwide to bring the rule of law to life.

You have already acquired relevant first experience in comparable functions or in strategy, management, or pricing consulting.

You are fully proficient in the Office suite, a true Excel guru And you want to transform pricing with more modern tools like AI.

English is indispensable.
