The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, infrastructure management, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral installations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and will provide top-notch support to our internal users. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others and creating a positive user experience.
