We are a high-end, team-oriented hair salon looking for a polished and friendly Guest Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our salon. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be the first impression of our brand, helping create a warm, professional, and elevated atmosphere for every client who walks through our doors.

• Greet every guest warmly, check them in, and let their stylist know they've arrived
• Answer phones, emails, website inquiries and messages promptly and professionally
• Book, confirm and manage appointments in Mangomint, matching services and time blocks to each stylist
• Share starting prices and explain that final pricing is set after a stylist consultation
• Check guests out, process payments, collect cards on file and rebook their next visit
• Recommend and sell retail products (with 10% commission on every sale)
• Open the salon and keep the reception area, retail displays and guest amenities spotless and stocked
• Uphold our cancellation and no-show policies and protect client privacy
• Support stylists and teammates so the day runs smoothly
