Exciting new opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work within a supportive schools-based team for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year! This contract role is set to begin in August, offering full-time hours with a convenient four-day workweek (30 hours). Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license and CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in the state
• School-based SLP experience preferred, but strong new grads are encouraged to apply—Clinical Fellows are welcome!
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, educators, and multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention to elementary students based on individual IEP goals
• Complete assessments, evaluations, and documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Manage a caseload across 1–2 elementary campuses (caseloads currently being finalized)
• Support inclusive and creative learning environments
