Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

We are looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for AdviniaCare Newport. As the Administrator, you will play a vital role in overseeing all clinical and administrative functions, programs, and activities within our facility.

About the Role:

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resident care through the development and management of facility personnel, fiscal resources, quality resident care, and a safe, hazard-free environment for residents and staff. You will coordinate, direct, manage, and administer policy in accordance with our mission statement, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee key areas such as financial operations, human resources, and clinical operations
• Provide leadership and direction for overall facility operations to provide quality patient care in accordance with all laws and regulations
• Develop and manage team goals within the facility
• Provide clear direction to staff through effective interpersonal communication skills
• Provide positive reinforcement or corrective action as needed in a timely fashion
• Ensure the facility adheres to state and federal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the healthcare industry with three years of experience as a nursing home Administrator preferred.
• 3+ years related experience
• Proven leadership and management skills, strong communication skills
• Current registration as a Nursing Home Administrator, must maintain active license in good standing throughout employment
