Experience: 5+ years
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams to resolve issues, ensuring application stability and managing escalations.
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolve critical incidents.
- Analyze logs, application code, configurations, and infrastructure dependencies.
- Participate in post-incident reviews.
- Support application release processes, deployment validations, and rollback planning.
- Provide after-hours support as part of the on-call rotation.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to support citizen developer initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams to address bugs and performance improvements.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with Java,.NET, or Python.
