Application Support Developer

Locations: Mexico

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams to resolve issues, ensuring application stability and managing escalations.
  • Conduct in-depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolve critical incidents.
  • Analyze logs, application code, configurations, and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews.
  • Support application release processes, deployment validations, and rollback planning.
  • Provide after-hours support as part of the on-call rotation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to support citizen developer initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with development teams to address bugs and performance improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of application architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like GitHub.
  • Hands-on experience with Java,.NET, or Python.
