Clinical Manager (RN) – Home Health | Leadership Role | M–F Schedule | Jacksonville, FL Concierge Home Care – Jacksonville, FL 32256 Competitive salary package ($78K+ and bonus potential) Monday–Friday leadership schedule (no weekends!) Lead, mentor, and grow a clinical team Concierge Home Care is hiring a Clinical Manager (RN) in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced home health nurse ready to lead a clinical team, drive patient outcomes, and grow within a rapidly expanding organization .
