Oracle Database Administrator IIILocation: Sunnyvale, CAPosition: Long termSkills:8 to 10 years of experience with ORACLE database administration as “Exadata DMA”Strong knowledge/experience in Exadata and Oracle 12c/19c RAC is must.Administration of Exadata componentsRunning and analyzing Health check, ExaChk and SunDIAG ReportMonitoring Exadata Db-Servers and Cell-Servers, InfiniBand and Admin Switches using OEM, CellCLI and DCLI.Checking out the effectiveness of Flash Cache.Performing Image upgrade of the Exadata Machines.Working on cell node performance issues.Working knowledge on HCC.Database migration from On-Prem to Exadata.Oracle database migration from Aix/Linux/Solaris to Exadata serversPatching Exadata machines (optional)Keywords: Education: Oracle database administrators typically have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and some jobs require the applicant to be a certified Oracle professional.
