Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients. Uphold spa cleanliness standards. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents. Perform various other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to meet membership sales goals and provide high-quality customer service. Detailed knowledge of the spa services menu.
