Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment to provide outpatient rehabilitation services. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care and promoting optimal recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

  Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

  Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.

  Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

  Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
