We are also seeking a Project Manager in addition to this role. This role will focus on a variety of civil projects including site development, DOT, and infrastructure work. The right person will have a strong understanding of civil construction estimating, the ability to manage multiple bids at once, and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Work with project managers and superintendents to develop scopes of work Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits Track project budgets and timelines during the bidding process Maintain organized records of bids and estimates Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a civil estimator Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and pricing Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Company vehicle with gas card If you are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
