Position Overview We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage the order‑to‑cash sequence, including order processing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and field inventory management. The Logistics Specialist will also maintain daily accuracy of the QAD ERP system and ensure compliance with worldwide regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Process inbound and outbound inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Prioritize the daily workload to minimize impact of external constraints such as carrier pick up times. Work directly with the sales team to maintain accurate field inventory records. Build relationships to integrate into a diverse sales organization. Maintain data integrity in the ERP system, ensuring orders align with sales priorities and communicate order status. Support the SI‑BONE Quality System. In the event of potential non‑compliance with applicable standards or regulations, hold product or documentation from shipment and report instances to Quality and/or Regulatory teams. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma and computer skills in Microsoft Office. ERP experience, preferably QAD. Knowledge of regulations/standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971). Experience in a customer service/order processing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time‑management and personnel management, able to work with minimal staff and supervision. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, demonstrate understanding of ERP transactional accounting flows including receipts, inventory, adjustments, revenue, COGS. Medical device industry experience is strongly preferred. Compensation Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000, based on location and other factors. Supplemental pay includes bonus and stock options.
