Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2070 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - MidMichigan.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Independently or in consultation with a physician, administers medications, performs therapeutic modalities and diagnostic testing of the cardio-pulmonary system, responds to arrest and emergency situations, and provides life support systems. - Performs respiratory care evaluations and treatments per protocol. - Delivers medications via aerosol and metered dose inhalers. - Responds to rapid responses, arrest, and STAT situations, including maintaining artificial airways, respiration, and cardiac compressions. - Sets up and maintains oxygen according to protocol.

Shift & Scheduling: - 6 on, 8 off rotation - Wed through Mon. - Every other weekend. - No call.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
