Assistant Manager

Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Ensure profitable operation of the Firehouse Subs restaurant and compliance with health, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, and employment laws.; Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness in alignment with the brand culture and mission.; Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives; participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under GM guidance.; Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule; promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.; Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner; communicate issues to GM/Owner; be able to stand up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
