Mail clerk / document processor

Do you have experience working in mail room operations. We are hiring a full time opportunity in Irving, Texas. Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift: 8:45am - 5pm Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/move packages weighing up to 35 lbs. Reliability: strong track record of punctuality and attendance, especially during high-volume periods

- Receive, sort, and date-stamp high volumes of incoming mail
- Prepare and meter outgoing mail, ensuring correct postage and compliance with shipping regulations.
- Operate high-speed scanners to convert physical documents into digital files
- Mail Distribution
- Data Entry (3 years of experience is required)
- Years of experience: 1 year
- Experience level: Experienced
