Join an inclusive team that inspires excellence, delivers meaningful impact, and empowers you to shape your own future.KPMG is currently seeking an Actuarial Life Experienced Associate (Advisory Focus) to join our Audit & Assurance Practice.ResponsibilitiesSupport actuarial audit and advisory engagements for life insurers, reinsurers, and other financial services organizationsPerform actuarial analyses supporting financial reporting, reserving, capital assessment, modeling, transformation initiatives, and othersDevelop, test, and maintain actuarial models using AXIS, Prophet, Pathwise, and other actuarial platformsSupport data-driven solutions for financial reporting, forecasting, actuarial modeling, and advanced analyticsPrepare actuarial analyses, workpapers, and client deliverables while communicating findings to engagement teamsContribute to multiple engagements while building expertise in actuarial modeling, valuation, financial reporting, and insurance productsQualificationsMinimum one year of recent actuarial experience in insurance, reinsurance, consulting, auditing, financial reporting, valuation, or modelingBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related fieldProgress toward Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation, preferredWorking knowledge of Life, Annuity, and Long-Duration Health products and exposure to U.S. GAAP, Statutory Accounting, IFRS, RBC, Economic Capital, and BSCRExperience with actuarial valuation, financial reporting, analytics, or modeling platformsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
