Medical Device Assembler job at Flowly Solutions. San Mateo, CA. Flowly Solutions is hiring for an experienced medical device assembler for our production team. This position is full time and will require you to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly. There may be required overtime based on production needs. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be available. Prior experience working in a production or quality environment is preferred but it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position if we feel you are a good fit for the job. You must be willing to learn a wide variety of tasks and assist in multiple departments. This position will be physically involved and very repetitive. Responsibilities: Using hand and power tools to accurately and properly assemble a wide variety of products Performing quality checks on your and other's work to ensure there are no defects in production Operate production machinery and properly maintaining them Completing multiple tasks simultaneously to meet production deadlines Working under a microscope for extended periods of time Using the computer system to submit work reports Following detailed blueprints based on customer orders and requirements Learning to work in all departments and remaining flexible with your job duties Packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment Qualifications: Prior experience working in a production environment is preferred but it is not required Fantastic communication skills Experience following written instructions The ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds Remaining highly detail oriented with your work Reliable transportation to work No formal education is required Benefits: Competitive pay and bonuses are offered for high performing employees Pay range from $24.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience Competitive medical and dental insurance plans 401k retirement plans Holiday Pay Flowly Solutions is an EEO - equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
