RN – Operating Room (Circulator)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the circulating nurse during a full spectrum of surgical procedures including general elective and critical or life-saving surgeries
• Monitor the surgical procedure and patient health and safety throughout the entire operation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR technicians to support optimal patient outcomes
• Assist with orthopedic procedures including hip, joint, and knee surgeries
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and surgical safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN Operating Room experience
• Experience with hip, joint, and knee procedures required
• Active Michigan RN License
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted rate structure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with high-volume surgical and endoscopy environments
