Care Manager

HomeWell Care Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Care Manager to join our growing team serving the Marietta and Cobb County area. The Care Manager will play a key role in overseeing caregiver staff, coordinating client care, and managing daily scheduling operations to ensure clients receive exceptional in‑home care services. Responsibilities Managing caregiver schedules and shift coverage, supervising and supporting caregivers, conducting client assessments, maintaining care plans, coordinating services with families, handling staffing needs, and ensuring all services meet HomeWell standards and state regulations. This position requires strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
