What You'll Do:
- Greet and consult customers on their vehicle service needs.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services with clarity and honesty.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Communicate status updates with customers throughout the service process.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience that reflects the Clark Knapp Honda standard.
