• Experience: Minimum 2 years of critical care, PACU, or trauma experience, Epic experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide safe and effective care to post-operative patients in a Level 1 trauma and outpatient setting
• Monitor patient vitals and recovery closely, maintaining a patient ratio of 1:1
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring adherence to protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and anesthesia providers
• Document patient care accurately in Epic electronic health records
• Respond promptly to patient needs, complications, or emergencies
• Support unit operations during nights and weekends, including on-call responsibilities

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in critical care, PACU, or trauma settings
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Epic electronic health record experience preferred
• Prior charge nurse experience is advantageous

The unit maintains a patient-focused approach, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes in a supportive setting.
