Whiteline Express is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Medina, OH. Drivers will be hauling dry van freight in the midwest & southeast regions. Compensation Average weekly pay range: $1,375 to $1,500 Base .52-.55 CPM Paid all miles, loaded & unloaded Consistent miles averaging 2,100 miles weekly Drivers who run 2,000+ miles weekly will be guaranteed pay for 2,500 miles Additional pay: Detention pay: $20 per hour; Layover pay: $100 per day; Stop off pay: $20 per stop; Breakdown pay: $100 per day Bonuses: Safety & performance bonuses: up to .4 CPM driven during quarter; Regional driver referral bonus: .12 CPM of referred driver’s miles for first 3 months paid to the referrer; Local driver referral bonus: $1,500 for local paid over a year Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks Great company benefits starting after 61 days employed: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401K with company match available after 90 days employed Paid time off: Accrue up to 80 hours in the first year, start using after 60 days employed 6 Paid company holidays + 2 floating holidays Starting after 6 months employed Paid at PTO pay rate Tuition reimbursement Paid training and paid orientation Rider policy: Available after 30 days employed, must be an immediate family member over 8 years old Pet policy: $750 deposit paid in $75 increments with pet restrictions Take your truck home program with approval Home Time, Route, & Schedule Home Time: Home weekends Schedule: 5 day schedule, Monday - Friday Miles are available for drivers who prefer to stay out longer Route: Midwest & southeast lanes Level of Touch: 99% No touch freight Equipment Late model sleeper trucks Automatic transmission ELD equipped using Trimble/Platform Science system Amenities: New mattress & APU Qualifications Must be at least 22 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 125 miles of Medina, OH or be willing to relocate for this position Whiteline Express, Ltd. is a truckload carrier with headquarters in Plymouth, MI.
