Safety Field CoordinatorThe Safety Field Coordinator supports job site safety efforts for heavy civil and demolition projects by ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations. This role works closely with field crews and supervisors to identify hazards, promote safe work practices, and maintain a strong safety culture across all projects.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine safety inspections on active construction and demolition job sitesIdentify hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent incidentsSupport and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA standardsConduct toolbox talks and assist with ongoing safety trainingInvestigate incidents, near misses, and injuries, complete required documentationEnsure proper use of PPE and safe work practices at all timesMonitor subcontractor compliance with safety requirementsMaintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentationPartner with project managers and superintendents to proactively address safety concernsQualifications:2+ years of construction safety experience (heavy civil or demolition preferred)Working knowledge of OSHA regulationsOSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, high-risk environmentsBilingual is preferred but not necessary.
