• Shift: Standard outpatient hours; Monday–Friday scheduled hours
• Hours/Week: 36 patient contact hours + 4 administrative hours
• Employment Type: Full-time
• License/Certifications: Michigan medical license, Board Certified or Board Eligible (must not have lapsed certification)
• Experience: Open to 2026 and 2027 graduates

• Salary: $235,000 – $265,000 annually

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient primary care for adult and/or family medicine patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct preventive care visits and health exams
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists as needed
• Document care accurately in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call duties and quality improvement initiatives
• Build strong community relationships and support patient education
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies

What You Need:

• Michigan medical license, Board Certified or Board Eligible (without lapses)
• DEA certification
• Proven ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
