Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
• Annual Salary Range: $235,000 – $265,000 (competitive package based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and/or family medicine patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct preventive care visits, wellness exams, and follow-up appointments
• Develop long-term treatment plans and coordinate with specialists
• Document patient visits and care using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as assigned
• Support patient education and health promotion initiatives
• Adhere to clinical standards, organizational policies, and compliance requirements

What You Need

• Required: Valid medical license in Michigan, Board Certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
• Preferred: Prior outpatient primary care experience, strong communication skills, commitment to community health
• Additional: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, dedication to quality care
