Job Summary
The Medical Surgical Oncology Floor (MS ONC) Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a specialized oncology unit. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care strategies to promote patient health and recovery while ensuring adherence to professional standards and safety protocols.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, every other weekend.
• Required Qualifications: Nursing (RN) experience of six (6) months to three (3) years; management experience of zero (0) to three (3) years; five plus (5) or more years of direct experience; collaboration, communication (verbal & written), judgment/critical thinking, organizational understanding, planning (organizing, time management), problem solving, quality, reliability, safety and risk management.
• Education: A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Certifications & Licensure: Current NYS RN License; BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).
• Additional Information: Will follow all United Health Services Values. Performs other duties as assigned.
