Position Title: CNA

Location: Portland, OR 97201

Duration: 13 Weeks

Work Schedule: Days and Night (3x12)

Pay rate: $26 - $28

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• BLS (AHA)
• Active CNA Certification
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Nutrition and hydration
• Elimination and toileting
• Positioning and use of positioning devices
• Restraints and restorative care
• Take and record vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure.
• Assist patients with their basic care and comfort needs.
• Perform clerical duties, including routing patient reports as appropriate.
• Use organizational and prioritization skills to maintain smooth unit operations and meet deadlines.
• Provide assessment data to the certified nurse within the scope of practice, including vital signs and patient verbal/nonverbal responses.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
