About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Oncology Registered Nurse – Dallas, Texas Start Date: September 22, 2026
Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, Tuesday start date, no on-call required Highlights:

• 21-bed Oncology unit with current patient census of 8-12, providing manageable workload
• Patient ratio of 1:3-4, may flex to 1:5 based on acuity and unit needs
• Work with Baxter pump technology and Meditech EMR system
• Collaborative team environment with dedicated charge nurse, RN team, and patient care technician support on each shift
• Opportunity to float to Heme-Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant units for additional experience
• Specialized oncology care including blood product replacement and complex electrolyte management

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS certification
• Oncology nursing experience required
• Heme-Oncology background preferred
• Chemotherapy certification preferred
