As a Night Auditor, you will serve as a key overnight team member by assisting guests, balancing daily revenue and reports, and helping maintain smooth hotel operations during overnight hours. What You’ll Do Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight What You’ll Bring Previous customer service experience (required) Previous hotel or similar experience (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and hospitality-focused attitudeStrong phone and computer skills Ability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis Ability to read and speak English Previous cash handling experience (preferred) Monday and Tuesday night availability (required) Why You’ll Love It Here If you thrive in a focused environment and enjoy being trusted to run the show, the night shift at GHC is where steady professionals shine.
