You'll work alongside highly trained providers in a modern practice dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Responsibilities Provide Chairside Assistant support during dental examinations and procedures using Four-Handed Dentistry techniques Prepare treatment rooms, Operatory Setup, instruments, and tray setups for dental procedures Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Expose dental diagnostic X-rays Record patient medical and dental histories, vital signs, and treatment information Perform intraoral scanning and assist with digital dentistry workflows Complete basic laboratory procedures Support Instrument Processing and infection control protocols Assist with Treatment Coordination and Patient Care as needed Manage dental supplies and inventory Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Active Maryland Dental Radiation Technologist License Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience Dental Assistant training CPR certification High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of infection control and HIPAA guidelines Willingness to learn new digital workflows and laboratory assignments Fluent in English Positive attitude, adaptability, punctuality, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your career while learning the latest digital dentistry techniques, we'd love to hear from you.
