Digital Creative Strategist

Required
- Experience with Meta ads, preferably in direct response: operationally (i.e., understanding how the ads channel works) & creative direction/execution.
- Data proficiency & spreadsheet literacy — proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, pivot tables, formulas, & large-scale feeds/data sets.
- Analytical Curiosity — ability to look past surface-level reporting to ask "why" & tease or test-out the answer.
- Organization & Attention to Detail — Ability to manage & track multiple client needs, essential differences, & direct creative, at scale, fine tuning assets across multiple locations.
- Flawless QA & Proofreading — Extreme attention to detail when directing design team members to develop hundreds of assets per project, and QAing deliverables.
- Proactive Solution-Orientation — you don't wait for a fix, or settle for friction-laden processes—you are constantly thinking, 'How could this improve?' and take the initiative to change, adapt, & evolve.
- Clear, Direct Written & Verbal Communication — they'll work across teams & need to translate data to insights effectively, direct & provide feedback to Designers, make effective & clear recommendations to the Digital team, while being proactive with Account & Project Managers
Nice-To-Have
- Copywriting Aptitude & AI Critique — ability to write direct, clear, compelling copy that drives audiences towards conversion objectives and critique, output from AI support.
- Direct-Response mindset — understand the difference between upper funnel ads and data, and direct-response ads & KPIs (Conversion Rates, ROAS, CPA)
- Ethical AI Enthusiast & Prompt Engineer — Understand the basics of great AI prompts, and how to engineer them to be even better. Actively seeks out AI solutions that save time on repetitive tasks without diminishing quality.
- Baseline understanding of creative testing, isolating variables, & testing roadmaps
- Familiarity with software: Google Slides, Docs, Asana, Slack, Figma
