Sales Operations Analyst

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Duration: 6 Months, eligible for conversion based on performance and business needs
Pay range: $33.00 - $43.00 Hourly

Job Description: Value Creation:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize templates and standard ways of working to ensure consistent and effective internal communications and enable continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collect current view of all processes and templates strategic accounts use for internal and external discussion. Prioritize where standardization and improved analytics can provide value for internal and external discussions. Develop process and/or templates then roll out.
• Support the strategic account leaders to use, implement, and improve standards.
• Collaborate with other Commercial Operation functions such as Business Unit leaders, Finance, and IT to optimize data collection and content development

Operational Excellence:
• Collaborate with peers to share standard processes and develop new or generally applicable client strategies and initiatives.
• Lead internal planning meetings with clear objectives, consistent follow-up and communications that drive execution of assigned projects.
• As requested, represent the Strategic Accounts team with other groups and functions to administer customer surveys, RFI/RFPs, and sophisticated requests, delivering solutions that build customer confidence and drive efficiency.

How will you get here?
Education / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales analytics/operations, commercial business/portfolio management, or a related field. Finance and Planning analysis in products and services industries (Not banks or financial institutions).

• Data Analysis & Insights - Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Process Analysis & Improvement - Assess existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
• Reporting & Visualization - Develop dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Proactive self-starter with exceptional initiative and ownership to achieve results.
• Strong understanding of customer and business needs and a passion for improving and simplifying sales processes to enable productive collaborations.
• Highly analytical and ability to draw insights from big data
• Strong project management skills
• Excels in a diverse, matrixed organization, building alignment across diverse collaborators and functions.
• Demonstrates strong virtual presence and ability to build trust and engagement in remote settings.
• Demonstrates executive presence and professional communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Flexibility to work across time zones
