Maintenance Supervisor

Description As the maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to determine repair procedures and optimize equipment performance. Responsibilities Coordinating equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Hiring, training and overseeing workers to ensure effective, timely machine repairs. Monitoring employee productivity and providing feedback and coaching. Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices. Basic Qualifications Must be a U.S. citizen. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a maintenance capacity. Capable of communicating with all levels of management. Capable of obtaining a Secret Security clearance. Desired Skills Knowledge and use of predictive/preventative maintenance technologies and applications. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulics/robotic systems. Capable of communicating with vendors and contractors. Blueprint reading and project scheduling familiarity. Team building and team engagement skills. Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
