QA Engineer

Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of a fast-moving AI data platform by owning testing for new features, bug fixes, and product improvements. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders across the development lifecycle to design and execute manual and automated tests, raise and validate defects, and raise the bar on testing practices as the company scales.

• Own testing activities for new features, product changes, and bug fixes across the product.
• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios.
• Build, maintain, and run automated tests and testing frameworks to increase regression coverage and efficiency.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, track, and validate bugs throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring reproducibility and clear reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand requirements, identify risks, and ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Participate in Agile processes, including planning, refinement, and release cycles.
• Recommend and implement improvements to QA processes, testing practices, and overall product quality.
• Manage testing priorities and communicate blockers, risks, and findings to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in software quality assurance within agile, fast-paced environments.
• Strong manual testing fundamentals, including test planning, case design, and execution.
• Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining, and executing automated tests and testing frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, QA processes, and release validation.
• Experience with bug-tracking systems, test management tools, and version control platforms.
• Proven ability to identify, document, reproduce, and validate software defects.
• Good knowledge of test coverage strategies, regression approaches, and quality assurance best practices.

Full-time, remote role on the core QA team. You will work within Agile development cycles and are expected to participate in planning, refinement, and release activities. This is a full-time commitment, and you will collaborate regularly with cross-functional product and engineering teams.

Listed compensation for this role is 140000 - 180000 yearly. The company also publishes a national base salary range of 100000 - 140000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation. Employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, subject to role and company policies.
