QA Engineer

Role Overview

Help safeguard the quality, reliability, and performance of products that support training and evaluation of advanced AI systems. You will partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle, testing new capabilities, strengthening coverage, and supporting rapid, high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Own testing for new features, product enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Design, execute, and maintain thorough manual test cases and scenarios.
• Identify, document, track, reproduce, and validate defects through resolution.
• Build, maintain, and run automated tests and testing frameworks to expand regression coverage and testing efficiency.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across the product.
• Work with engineering and product teams to clarify requirements, assess risks, and establish appropriate test coverage.
• Participate in Agile planning, refinement, and release activities.
• Improve QA processes, testing practices, and overall product quality.
• Manage testing priorities and communicate blockers, risks, and findings throughout development.

Qualifications

• Proven software quality assurance experience in Agile, fast-paced environments.
• Strong manual testing, test-planning, and test-execution expertise.
• Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining, and executing automated tests.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, QA processes, release validation, test coverage, regression strategies, and QA best practices.
• Experience using bug-tracking systems, test-management tools, and version-control platforms.

Work Terms

• Full-time, remote position.

Compensation

• Advertised compensation range: $140, 000 to $180, 000 per year.
• National base-salary range for this full-time role: $100, 000 to $140, 000 USD.
• Employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, depending on role and company policies.
