Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with Caliber’s brand, mission, and business objectives. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to support strategic topics and initiatives. Create engaging and relevant content for platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Cultivate a strong brand presence and ensure consistent brand recognition. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for optimizing and supporting executive, sales and recruitment leader LinkedIn profiles. Act as a community manager: monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. Track and analyze social media metrics to measure effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing. Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to key stakeholders. Qualifications Proven 3‑4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in healthcare or staffing; knowledge of the evolving social media landscape. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker who proactively develops engaging content for a variety of channels. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Track record of driving significant organic visibility across key social channels. Experience collaborating with graphic designers and video editors to produce content is preferred. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
