Retirement plan with 6% match. Responsibilities Be the friendly face that greets all customers, offers assistance, answers questions, and creates a great customer experience. Maintain shelves and coolers stocked. Serve as a tour guide, helping customers find their favorite items. Handle cash register, process transactions accurately, and ensure seamless flow. Work with team members and play a team player role. Maintain store cleanliness both inside and outside. Master upselling and suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Must be able to reach, stand and move about for at least 12 hours at a time.
