Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Compensation This range is provided by Taketa, Iwata, Hara and Associates LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Prepare and/or review complex income tax, estate tax, and informational returns. Assume full responsibility for accounting engagements for the preparation of tax returns. Tax forecasting. Tax research. Recognize client problems and develop solutions. Recognize possible problem areas of an engagement and assist in developing solutions. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff members assigned to engagements. Understanding of the Firm’s practices, policies, procedures, and culture. Requirements and Skills Certified Public Accountant, or Enrolled Agent with public accounting experience. 5+ years of experience preparing and/or reviewing complex corporate, partnership, not-for-profit, fiduciary, and individual tax returns. Ability to develop and maintain clients. High level of intelligence, integrity, honesty, motivation, and aptitude for the profession. Must maintain strict client confidentiality.
