Weekend Package Registered Nurse

Job Overview Trilogy Health Services is seeking a compassionate Weekend Package Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing exceptional care to residents in our senior living and long-term healthcare community. As a key member of our care team, you will deliver hands‑on clinical nursing care on a dedicated weekend schedule, ensuring that each resident receives personalized, high‑quality care tailored to their individual needs. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive resident assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in condition. Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy where applicable, pain management, and interventions focused on comfort, safety, and quality of life. Document all care accurately and timely in our electronic health record system, maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and company standards. Leadership & Collaboration The Weekend Package Registered Nurse serves as a clinical resource and leader during weekend shifts, collaborating closely with nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Delegate and supervise direct care staff, support them with clear guidance and coaching, and help ensure that all care is delivered with dignity, respect, and compassion. Communicate regularly with residents and their families, providing education, updates on care plans, and emotional support, reflecting Trilogy’s focus on compassionate, person‑centered service.
