Client Relations Specialist Location: Elgin, IL Compensation: $20-$25/hour, based on experience + Commission! Schedule: 40+ hours weekly | Monday through Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Build relationships. What We Offer 75% Company-covered Health Insurance for the Employee Up to 50% Company-covered Health Insurance for the Dependents 50% Company-covered Dental Insurance 50% Company-covered Vision Insurance 401K Retirement program with 1.5% company match $25k Life Insurance Paid vacation time depending on experience and tenure Six paid holidays annually Ongoing professional development What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of customer service or client relations experience Experience in HVAC or any trade is a big plus Service coordination or dispatching experience is preferred Professional phone presence Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks at once Comfortable adapting to last-minute scheduling changes Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team Genuine commitment to providing an excellent client experience What You'll Be Doing Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone and email Build positive relationships with new and existing clients Coordinate service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability Dispatch field technicians and communicate schedule updates throughout the day Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service needs, and outstanding questions Update customer accounts, appointment details, and service information in company systems Communicate closely with technicians, sales representatives, and office team members Assist customers with questions and work toward timely, professional resolutions Adjust schedules as priorities change and help keep daily operations running smoothly Deliver a consistently friendly and professional customer experience Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Prevueaps
