Location: Brandon, FL
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, six-hour shifts
Work Setting: In-office and local field sales; this is not a remote position
Pay: $20 per hour, plus performance bonuses and a gas/mileage stipend

A growing staffing company is seeking an outgoing and motivated Sales & Recruiting Coordinator to join its internal team. This part-time position will primarily focus on sales, client relationships, and business development, with some recruiting support as needed.

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, building professional relationships, and working both in the office and on the road. Responsibilities will include checking in with established clients, reactivating inactive accounts, visiting local businesses, and identifying new staffing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with established clients through weekly check-ins and follow-ups
• Reconnect with inactive accounts and identify new staffing needs
• Visit local businesses to promote staffing services and develop new relationships
• Identify sales leads and business-development opportunities
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and screening candidates as needed
• Help match qualified candidates with client job orders
• Coordinate interviews, placements, and employee start dates
• Maintain accurate client and candidate records
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees
• Collaborate with the internal team to meet sales and staffing goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years of sales experience required
• Customer service, account management, or recruiting experience is a plus
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Comfortable traveling locally to visit clients and prospective businesses
