‍⚕️ What You'll Do

• Provide full-spectrum L&D care – labor, delivery, recovery & postpartum
• Support 1:1 or 1:2 laboring patients with hands-on, patient-centered care
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, NSTs & postpartum care
• Utilize evidence-based labor techniques (positioning, Spinning Babies, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with providers, residents, and interdisciplinary teams

Unit Details

• Ratios:
  • Labor: 1–2:1
  • Postpartum: 3–4:1
• Staffing (Nights): 1 Charge RN, 5 RNs, 1 Surgical Tech, 1 Admissions Tech
• EMR: CPN & Meditech
• Equipment: GE fetal monitors, Monica Novii, Alaris pumps
• Lactation Team: Dedicated RN support

✅ Requirements (Must Have)

• Minimum 2 year recent acute care L&D experience
• Active RN License
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN (or IFMC)

• OR Circulating
• Managing OB emergencies
• Labor positioning / Spinning Babies
