Medical Front Desk Assistant

TempForce is recruiting for a Medical Front Desk Assistant for an Anniston area facility! The facility is seeking a self-directed and self-motivated individual with great communication skills to help run the front desk! The facility is located in Anniston, but travel to their Birmingham location twice a week is mandatory.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 2 Days in Anniston Office and 2 Days in Birmingham Office. Pay: $14.00.

What You'll Do:

Medical Front Desk Assistant may check in scheduled and walk-in patients to the clinic, schedule appointments, provide assistance to the doctor, answer telephone and route calls. Will also check patients out of the clinic and perform patient follow-up as necessary as well as performing patient drug screening. May perform other clerical duties related to office administration.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma / GED required
One year experience in physician office or other clinical environment PREFERRED.
