Model Validator
Vigorcare Pediatric Services
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Model Validator to join our team. The Model Validator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all models used within our organization. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within our company. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough and comprehensive validation of all models used within the organization. Develop and implement testing plans to ensure accuracy and reliability of models. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies found during the validation process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are meeting business requirements. Document all validation processes and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes. Communicate validation results and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in model validation or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and data analysis. Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
